This pillow insert is exactly what I hoped for—soft yet supportive with a perfect amount of fluff. The down and feather fill gives it that luxurious, sink-in feel without going flat, and the 100% cotton cover feels smooth and durable. It fills my 24" x 24" pillow cover nicely and holds its shape well on the couch. Great for lounging or as a decorative accent on the bed. Definitely a quality insert worth the price!

I don't know how I missed the fact that this pillow is actually down, but it is. When I first opened the package, I was concerned by the way it was vacuumed down. It was very uneven, unlike the foam style tend to be. I realized it was down when I actually got it opened up. Woo-Hoo! It fluffed up easily. The cover is nice and thick enough to control the feathers. Once I get a decorative cover on it, that will improve even more. It's going to be easy to get the cover on because this will squish around better than a firmer foam style pillow. And, since I like to rest my head on a pillow when we watch television, this is so much more comfortable to me. It's soft, but I can still bunch it around to get comfortable and then fluff it back into shape easily. Because it's a bit more expensive, my plan is to purchase a second one of these and then get the cheaper foam style for the other two pillows that will go on the sofa. I feel like it's a good balance. Everything will look nice and I can place them around so you don't notice that there are two different types of pillow, but there will still be two pillows that are actually more comfortable on the sofa.

Nice insert with a good amount of stuffing. A little see-through but you're meant to put a cover on it anyway.

This 26” x 26” Throw Pillow Insert is made out of 5% Down and 95% feathers. The cover is made out of 100% Cotton with a 233-thread count. The feathers are RDS certified, meaning that the ducks and geese used to collect these feathers are treated in the most humane way possible. If it weren’t for that distinction, I would not have purchased these down pillows. This pillow arrived in a well-crafted cardboard box. There was a warning on the outside of the box not to use a knife when opening. I appreciated this warning since the pillow was absolutely humongous and filled the box completely. There wasn’t any additional, wasteful plastic packaging included. It has been a bit difficult finding pillow shams that fit this 26” x 26” pillow. I will probably have to resort to making my own pillow covers. This pillow is machine washable. It is recommended that you use a front-loading machine for the best results. An extra turn through the rinse and spin cycle will help it dry faster. It is recommended to let it air dry out in the sun for up to two days. If your pillow begins to flatten out (as down pillows often do), you can either fluff it by hand or put it in the dryer on the lowest setting for five to ten minutes. Overall, I genuinely love this pillow. It is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a huge, decorative pillow.

I really love this pillow because it is big enough to lean against, firm enough to prop me up while I read, soft enough to be comfortable, and stuffed with real feathers that won't irritate my chemical sensitivities. It arrived vacuum packed, and I was a bit worried that it would be disappointingly flat, but as soon as I opened the bag and gave it a fluff, it puffed right up and is nice and thick now. It does not come with a case or sham, but that's a good thing - I can cover it with whatever I like. I like that this pillow is both washable and fluffable using my washer and dryer. I also like that it did not have any detectable fragrance or chemical smell when I opened it - it just smelled clean and fresh.

This is far superior to a poly fill insert in comfort and looks. It is very comfortable and doesn't have feathers poking out like a lot of this type. It's a good value for the size and quality.

Finding custom sizes can be a bit tricky, but these inserts offer excellent quality and a tailored fit. Even for less common dimensions like 14" x 28", they provide reliable support without becoming lumpy or wrinkly. One minor hassle was receiving the wrong size initially, but the replacement arrived quickly, and the hassle was worth it for the perfect fit. If you're looking for a soft yet supportive option for lumbar pillows or even a customized sleeping kit, these inserts are a great choice. Just keep in mind that you might need to make or modify pillowcases for non-standard sizes. Overall, these inserts are worth the investment for their comfort, quality, and versatility!

Super Plush I didn't realize that I could use an 18"x18" cover for this. I had so much trouble looking for a 20"x20" cover. I guess using a smaller case helps keep the pillow feeling plush. The case I got was a bit thin so I'll probably switch it, but just so you can see what it looks like in an 18"x18" case. I love the down filling. It's super soft, and they definitely didn't skimp on the filling. It provides a lot of support and is a good size.
