Bought this a couple of weeks ago, and I am 100% satisfied with it. The band itself is sturdy and had no trouble when hanging weight plates from it, and doesn't seem to flake when stretched. I bought the purple band to use for accessory exercises when weight lifting, and you can get a nice workout with it. I've been using it for lat and front raises, row face pulls and resistance push ups, and it does give that extra push if you are bored of regular push ups. Also if you are into boxing or do it for cardio, try grabbing an edge with each hand and wrapping the band behind your shoulders for a more intense shadow boxing workout.

I have almost zero time and I can’t spend time in the gym. The green band is perfect for pull ups assistance to strengthen my back. Of course it’s not easy to start doing pull ups and there is a tiny learning curve while you get used to the assistance and understand how to manage the swing . But after you understand how it works.. Boom! I’m able to do 10 reps per set now!I use the Flexfit bands also to do squats. I prefer it than putting a barbell on my my neck.And the quality is great. They seem very durable. I expect that they will last me a very long time.

Love these bands! I travel frequency for work and finding / getting to a gym isn't always accessible. I have a couple of these bands which are easy use, transport, they're hella durable,and you can get creative with your workouts all from home. I have a couple bands and I plan on getting more.
