THIS MASSAGER GETS THE JOB DONE. GETS OUT ALL THOSE KNOTS IN YOUR MUSCLES. I HAVE FIBROMYALGIA SO I AM LEARY ABOUT USING MASSAGERS BUT THIS ONE IS GREAT. I DON'T HAVE ALL THE SORENESS WITH THE USE OF THIS MASSAGER LIKE I DO WHEN I GO TO A PROFESSIONAL MASSAGER. GOOD PRODUCT.

Outstanding item. Love it. very well built. It is not Chinese bue made in Korea. No english instructions, but you really don't need them. Very simple to use. Will work on 110 or 220 V and even has 12V car lighter adapter.

This neck massager inflicts pain and there are no instructions in English. I bought it because of good reviews by others but don't know why it would have received good reviews. I returned it.

Sometimes the massager is too firm. When in pain that's sometimes ok tho. Works well. Just be prepared for a deep massage. Arrived fine.
