Fast delivery. Product arrived in excellent condition. I travel frequently on business. Sleep comfort, especially pillows, is a mixed bag at hotels. During a recent trip, I had such a good nights sleep at one hotel that I had to pull the pillow out of the case to check the brand. Luckily, the tag had to brand and model number. Upon returning home, I checked the Downlite website. The website had great feature that cross-referenced the hotel model number to a retail pillow. Ordered 2 that day.This pillow is excellent for me. My wife does not like the pillow. It is much thicker and firmer than her previous pillow. After a few nights, she switched back to her old pillow. Maybe there is a thinner model that would work better for her.

I have a pillow from this company and it was great, it was just too soft so I thought this firm one would be better. This is totally different. Your run your hand down it and you can feel sharp quills. The cover I bought to go over it is very nice and I will keep it but it is not sufficient to smooth the quills. I'm returning it.

An excellent pillow for me, a side sleeper. This pillow actually supports my head where others I can feel the mattress when I lay on it. Very full, very comfortable. A true pleasure to sleep on. This pillow weighed 50 oz right out of the box. Yes, I weighed it. The heaver the pillow weighs, the more fill it has. Buy a pillow that weighs 20 oz and your head will touch the mattress. You wont go wrong with this pillow.

I finally found a 'firm' pillow. Lots of pillows are advertised as firm but they are soggy which leave me with neck pain. I have resorted in the past to putting folded bath towels into my pillow case, with my pillows, to try to get the right firmness. Other than some hotel pillows I experienced on trips, I have been unhappy with all the pillows I have purchased.

It’s very comfy - I wish the firm were softer. The soft wouldn’t be firm enough. It gets me hot even when it’s cool. I wake up with sweat all over my case. It’s the problem with down. But it’s a quality down pillow - you get what you pay for with this brand. I approve

I can only use this pillow for so long then have to change out. But, that is probably because I am a difficult person to make comfortable. The pillow seems to get hard and uncomfortable.

I've ave bought multiple pillows and there's nothing thay compares to this. Best pillow for sure

Very comfortable, my head is well supported. Would recommend this pillow if you like slightly firm support, while still being soft.
