Best self-help book
This is one of the best book I hv ever come across regarding understanding ur mental health, it help us to understand and to cope up with our problems. I highly recommend this book.

Just read and practice ...amazing book
Must read for anyone who wants to be more aware of thoughts, underlying assumptions, core beliefs, depression and anxiety.....I am amazed to read this book....have no doubt ...buy it and practice !

Based on latest research ACT.. Behavioral experiments... A book of worth reading

Too verbose and difficult to use
It's a long read with many challenging excercises. Difficult to read when you are going through depression or anxiety.

This is just a Photocopy of the original Book and they have stuck a cover page with a Laminated colour print out.Never buy and not sure if it is worth ₹1400
