Perfect for my Har Gow recipe!
This product arrived right on time and was perfect for my Har Gow recipe. Mixed with some Tapioca Starch I purchased from Amazon, it came out with the perfect texture and taste. Wheat starch is almost impossible for me to find in my local grocery stores so I will definitely be making more purchases of this when I'm finished.

Not as crunchy as potato starch
Gives moon cakes that translucent texture. But doesn’t crunch on fried chicken the same as Potato starch

Supposed to have no protein but the label on my bag says 11.2 grams.
My grandson can not eat protein and that is the reason for buying wheat starch. The label on line says zero protein but my bag says 11.2 grams.

Good flour but expensive
I couldn’t find this in my local Asian store so I purchased from Amazon. I bought this a few months ago but finally used it this week. Flour was still in good condition. However it was still pricey for 2 bags. The 3 stars is for the high price
