Good hill climber
Quick and nimble. The motor is suppose to cut out at 20 mph, it doesn't pedaling hard on flat road full throttle 25-28 mph. A few things I would like to see as improvements.1) Interrogated speedo.2) A better battery display, in the day light the bars on the battery can not be seen and the lights on the grip are a guessing game.At 2 bars the grip lights goes red, should stay yellow at least till your at 1 bar.3) the charger does not show green for hours after the battery has 4 full bars. These are just improvements I would like to see on future models or add on's I can buy through Prodeco Tech. I went 15 miles too day up inclines mostly, and still had 2 bars left when I got home, average speed was 18 mph. I received the bike a week ago and the bike so far ( 50 miles) haslived up to its great reputation. O it is a large bike, and well built.I live in a large city with a large homeless ( drug addict) population. I carry 2 different lock types, U lock and a chain lock. They are both easy to carry on this bike, I recommend you do the same.

Love this bike.....still
Great bike , well made , fun I have a bum knee due to a meniscus tear that was repaired but since its acting up this bike is the answer as it makes for a good workout without putting too much resistance on the knee , I have had the bike about 8 months but the season here is like only 5 months of riding , I probably have 300 plus miles on it and no problems and the battery last as long as I have needed , delivery was real fast , I did have a cracked battery when it arrived but all I did was email them some pictures and they sent a new one in a couple days , service was very good.Just an update it’s been 19 months been riding when ever temperatures allow it , I have to say this bike is still great in all aspects

I'm pretty pleased with the bike
With just over 200 miles, I'm pretty pleased with the bike. The motor is very torquey and, with about 80-90% supplemental pedaling, has out-ranged its mileage claims. Good tires and Rockshox fork, though mine was delivered with air instead of spring suspension that wasn't covered in the manual (though recommended air pressures are listed on the fork itself); great brakes. I replaced the standard Velo seat with a Planet Bike ARS which added some comfort. Shimano shifter is clunky but shifts solidly and accurately; if you're used to trigger shifters this is a step back. Bike handles well for a 55# behemoth, but even with the bars adjusted fully upright and the seat slid forward to its max (actually, past it), at 5'10 with a 33" inseam I still feel not quite comfortable, as if the frame is stretched just a little too far (my main ride is a Trek Marlin, and its riding position suits me better). This bike works well on good/rough pavement and the better kept gravel lanes, but don't expect it to perform off-road duties and you'll enjoy it.

Great bike. I use it for recreational riding and have found that after riding 50 miles a battery charge remains. My mode of riding is to engage the motor only on hills, upward grades, and when I begin to lose energy. The design and manufacture is flawless, as the bike meets every expectation I have. To me, this bike is a real winner!

The best e-Bike out there
I've ridden this bike through all weather and all terrain, but the most miles are for commuting to work in a very hilly city. The power is great, and I am a large 6'7" man. Since buying this bike I have picked up e-Bike magazine and gotten into them more deeply, I can still say after over a year of owning this bike I think it is the best bike out there and at a great price. I have added a few accessories to the bike that work really well, below I have pasted links to the accessories on my bike. I get a lot of compliments on the bike by strangers, and most really like the two bike lights I have on it, they really look like they were designed for the bike!Great fender for frontTopeak DeFender M1 Mountain Bike Fender (Front)Get two of these as use them as two headlights, they fit perfectly with the bike and put out good lightBike Light - Comes With FREE TAIL LIGHT(Limited Time) - Tools-Free Installation in Seconds - The Best Headlight on Amazon Compatible with: Mountain & Kids & Street Bicycles - Divine LEDsMy kids love to ride on it, so:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00P26GTRU/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1This is a decent speedometer for the bikeCatEye Velo 7 Bicycle Computer CC-VL520 - Wired

Great bike with only a few drawbacks
I have ridden this bike in rain, snow, hills, and flats. I love the throttle setup, the battery position is much better on the downtube than on a rear rack like other Prodeco models. The motor and frame are great. A few drawbacks are that there are no water bottle eyelets anywhere [I had to get an attachment on the handlebar] and the rear rack eyelets are way too high on the seat stays to be of any use. I had to get extensions to put panniers on or my feet would hit them.
