EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
We purchased this ceiling fan a few years ago and it works great. We left the remote outside for a while and the batteries inside it corroded so badly that it ruined the remote (clearly not their fault). I emailed them to find a way to buy a replacement remote but really didn’t expect to hear from them. To my surprise I got a response almost instantly and after a couple of email exchanges, they offered to send a new remote at no cost. It’s nice to see a company that provides customer service these days. Oh, the fan is beautiful and works great.

Beautiful fan & great customer service!!!
Purchased for our back porch - and the fan is beautiful! There was an issue with the remote, contacted customer service and they responded almost immediately. Walked us through troubleshooting and when that didn't work, they immediately sent replacement parts. New parts installed and the fan works perfectly!!!! Moves lots of air and vey quiet - I would highly recommend this fan!

How well is blows
This fan is very attractive, fairly easy to install and has a beautiful lighting feature. It moves air ok, not as much as I’d prefer but does a good job. It’s just the look I was looking for in an outdoor ceiling fan

Love the look of this fan. We have three of them in the backyard. It's been a year and they are still holding up and looking great.

The older version was better
We purchased 2 of these in 23' and they are very very nice. We wired them directly to the fan sw and it works great with the different speeds. The new 2024 version is not great any more. You can put it on a sw but what's the point... it runs of a DC powered motor. Didn't even know fans out there ran on that. I don't want a cheap remote control laying around the house. Now I have a very expensive paper wieght that I'm not using. They are beautiful fans and worth the money if they didn't change the motors to I assume a cheaper option.

DONT BUY! Went through 2 of them in less than a year !!

No way to communicate with the comoany
When installed the item vibrates. It shouldn’t do that for the price I paid. Also, there is no phone number to call. I emailed them and they don’t respond. Mot a good company to buy from.

Ceiling fan is well built. Fairly easy to install. However, I was missing pieces for both fans I ordered. Just bolts, washers and fan shims. However, quality control is in question?!
