How does it work? Does it etch the floor and/or change the appearance of the tile?

It is an acid, and does etch the tile. Only you can know if it is acceptable. It does work well in a shower.

Is it difficult to get the floor clean after application (for regular floor cleaning)?

Since I applied this in a shower area, the floor stays fairly clean. Besides the usual cleaning, I have never had any troubles with this product. To date, floor is still non slippery.

it says to neutralize it, what do you use to do that

Plain water works but you can also mix it with 1/4 to1/2 tbs of baking soda per quart.

Can this be used on exterior honed granite? The honed granite is a public walkway in a city so lots of foot traffic.

I am not sure. I used it on floor tile that someone had installed outside a front entrance. When it rain it turned into a skating rink. It definitely took care of the problem. I can not say it dulled the tile. However we are talking two different materials.

Wirksam, einfache Anwendung, keine sichtbare Veränderung an den Fliesen. einfach super

Ich habe das Mittel auf glatten Fliesen vor meinem Haus verwendet. Bei Nässe war das eine reine Rutschpartie! Etwas in Sorge war ich, weil doch einige Rezensionen berichten, dass die Fliesen Schaden genommen hätten. Nichts davon kann ich bestätigen! Die Fliesen gereinigt, eingelassen und nach 20 Minuten erst mit Natronlauge " übergossen" und dann noch mit viel Wasser gewaschen. Und ich bin begeistert! Die Fliesen sehen aus wie vorher, aber haben definitiv deutlich mehr Gripp als vorher! Die Investition hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt! .. würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen!
