Bag looks great and has no annoying smell. Leather is very soft. However after careful looking on line and asking questions, it seems that this bag fastens and unfastens with the buckle. I was informed that there was a clasp under the buckle.

I've had this purse for 2 weeks and left it in my garage to air out but it still smells terrible. Even your hands smell bad when you hold it. It looks super cute, latches well, and is sturdy, but can't get over the smell! Returning!

Great traveling bag. Packs so much more than you can believe. I can really see the care in the craftmanship of the product. Slight imperfections only add to its uniqueness.

I like this bag because of the look.....like distressed.....just wish it was a little bigger. I get my wallet, keys and other small things in it though. I mainly use it during the weekdays. It's a cute bag.
