Was able to diagnose the error code and get my car fixed. I am in the market for a new car for my daughter and have been using this product to make sure there are no error codes. I have a couple of dealers that were not to happy when I pulled it out and asked if they minded if I use my CarMD. One dealer actually not no, must be hiding something? Anyways, great product.

Does what it said it would do.
It help me understand what is going on with my car but doesn't give me all the information unless I pay extra for it when you should be able to get a few of the service bulletins for free then start charging after that.

I just got a used car and my stepdad recommended that I get this to see if there's anything that could be a problem with my car down the line.It found a couple extra problems that my dealer either didn't know about or misdiagnosed!I highly recommend this for anyone who's in the market for or has already bought a used vehicle! It'll let you know what you're getting yourself into!!

This car md sucks! It keep telling me i had error codes and to sign on to an email where it tells you to buy some more programs on it!! It never read my car kept saying error code! I returned it!! I got one at auto store for cheaper the price easier to use and i didnt have to add more programs for it to work. M.d on this device stands for malfuction device!!!

I already checked the engine light on my car, after all happened to be a n issue that I was able to fix myself after the diagnosis on this device was made. I saved some couple hundreds by doing it myself that taking it to the mechanic

Well this was a piece of crap! I tried four different times to get a reading from the thing. After every failure i checked and re-checked the instructions and all i got was a survey of cars like mine. A complete waste of time and money. I feel scammed. Wish it possible to give no stars.
