If my daughter is a skinny tall 4t should I get the size large?

My son is a skinny tall 4t and I ordered the large. 4 and 4t are very similar better to go bigger!

Does this costume comes with the claw gloves as well?

This costume only includes the jumpsuit with attached tail and headpiece.
