Last 2 months I am waiting for my Order (Kal Magnesium Glycinate 400 mg)........... Very bad experience.

Magnesium for muscular and knee pain
I have started these tablets for myself & my husband. We used to take Biolectra Magnesium 400 mg Ultra which was just one capsule a day for muscular pain & knee pain. I started on these 2 tablets per day for myself and my husband. However within 5-6 days, I began experiencing a lot of stomach cramps and flatulence. So I have stopped the capsules since last 2 days. My husband has not experienced any problems however. With the Biolectra Magnesium 400, I had no problems whatsoever.The tablets came on time, was packed well. However, the tablets are quite big compared to the one I was having. And just the 1 capsule of Biolectra contained the entire 400 mg.
