Really good versions of this board
Programmed up easily using the arduino IDE. (Using ESP32 board manager) Dropped them into a working project and they seem to function perfectly.I noticed a small change on this board, an additional capacitor between the EN pin and GND, this means these will auto reset on programming, a huge improvement over some other versions of this board. Whoever makes these has listened to feedback and improved the performance of their product.

High build quality, easy to use.
This was my first Arduino project, so my first experience of the esp32. The board is well made and I had no problems with programming using either the Arduino GUI or platformIO. The boards has 2 push-buttons but I never had to use them, it was so easy to use. The wi-fi picked up most of my neighbouring networks and so far has always connected to mine with no dropouts. So all in all a pleasant introduction to the esp32.

High quality boards and very quick shipping.
Using these ESP32 boards as BLE server/client to send data from the AofA sensor on the wing to client indicator in the cockpit via Buetooth low energy. Works perfectly.

Great little unit
If you are looking for a cost effective solution for a small project these units are great, easily programmed and very versatile

Great ESP32 modules
Great value for money. Both modules work perfectly!

Works well, but no documentation
There is a lot of documentation about similar boards online, but I would have liked at least a definitive pin-out of this board I have purchased. But it works and I am running MicroPython on it so gets four stars.

Excellent version of ESP32 Dev Kit.
Great value. Wealth of information on the web about using these. Had to install latest version of Arduino IDE to enable programming. Got it monitoring a couple of sensors and sending data to Thingspeak and then use deep sleep function to save power between reading periods. Using a cheap power bank to power it - more expensive power bank shuts itself down during deepsleep - cheap one doesn't. Sometimes things can be too clever. Intended to use this with a Particle Monitor as this ESP32 has a second hardware serial port which makes life easier. Unfortunately the particle monitor was unreliable and is now measuring particles in the bin.
