Update: I contacted the seller regarding my issues and they promptly sent me a replacement. Excellent customer service! When the bike arrived the gas tank was cracked on top and there was a leak that couldn't be stopped had to return it.

After 2 rides, the wheel bearing exploded and cannot be ridden. I have a very upset son on his birthday. I emailed their customer support to see how this can be remedied and will update my review if there is an acceptable resolution. Update: The customer service was very quick in answering emails and getting us a replacement wheel. I am bumping up my star rating but still a bit disappointed in the quality--for example an exhaust shield kept flying off and we had to get creative to get it to stay put--my son actually burned his leg when this part flew off. But at least we were operational again with a week. Unfortunately another update—-after 5 uses the fuel line is leaking. This has been nothing but problems and I deeply regret this purchase.

This bike is awesome, it was almost all together when I we received the package very well made, plenty of power and speed for my little one. What a great buy for the money. The only thing we had to assemble was the front forks a few nuts and bolts. Then the stickers. Easy follow instructions.

My 6 year old wanted to upgrade his electric motorcycle so we purchased this for his birthday. Set up was pretty easy. It took my husband about an hour. It cranked up the first time. However as some of the other reviews stated, it is leaking gas. My husband is going to work on it to see if he can fix it.

Cool looking bike! Putting it together was challenging. The breaks on the front were mounted backwards so we had to figure that out. The nuts and bolts were found in the delivery box not in with the tools that came in the box that I’m guessing was suppose to have tools, hardware, and instructions. We assembled it and realized when we got it ready to start that there is no clear pvc fuel pipe for the gas tank. Check your boxes before assembling!!!!! So you don’t have a disappointed kiddo that is eager to ride. I’ll have to write a review on how it runs after we make sure we buy all the parts that didn’t come with…. Edit to add after we rode it a couple times: the bike is awesome and my kid is loving it. We did have to add the extra hose into the gas nozzle on top because when we start it gas does come out. Other than that and the bike is holding up and kid is having a blast.

For the price, it’s a great starter bike. My 7 year old son was able to fit on it perfectly and control the bike with ease. Assembly was easy and instructions were clear. Starts on the first pull. Can’t complain.

I picked this dirt bike up for my 10 year old and setting it up was easier than I thought, most of it came pre-assembled so it was mainly just attaching the handlebars, front wheel, and checking the brakes, it took me maybe 30–40 minutes with basic tools and nothing too frustrating which was a relief, the pull start took a couple of tries the very first time but now it fires up pretty quick, once running it’s got enough speed to be exciting for kids without being so fast that it feels out of control, on flat dirt paths it really moves at a fun pace and the 10-inch off-road tires handle grass and gravel pretty well, the brakes respond smoothly which makes it easier for kids to feel in control, the seat is comfortable enough that they can ride for a while without complaining, it is a little heavy to push around when the engine’s off so younger kids might need help getting it into place, but once it’s going it rides steady and feels sturdy, overall assembly was straightforward and it’s been easy for my kid to start, ride, and enjoy without a steep learning curve.

It never started. Was supposed to be my kids big Christmas gift but never worked. Spent weeks troubleshooting with the seller. Took it to a shop and paid them to fix it but they said it’s defective. We really tried and spent so much time and effort to get it going. My kid asks about it everyday 🙄. The seller kept going in circles with troubleshooting. But it does not work!
