I bought the 500 grams for $19.95. When you consider the amount that you get for the price, it's a great value (especially when compared to pills). There's a small scooper inside that gives you 5 grams per scoop. I lift weights, and I've noticed that my arms are even more vascular ("veiny") than they were before. My blood pressure has also decreased by a few points (though I can't guarantee that this is the cause). I've heard a lot of people complain about the taste, so here's my experience. When I first got it, I mixed it with juice or protein powder. It tasted horrible. It completely ruined and overpowered the taste of my drinks so that they no longer tasted like what they were. After about 2 weeks, I was hating the fact that I had over 400 servings left and had made up my mind that I was going back to the pills. I got tired of wasting my juice, so I decided to try chugging it down in water. Wow! Somehow, it tastes MUCH better with just water. It tastes like baking soda. If you mix it with water and chug it down, then it's not bad at all. Now, I don't mind drinking it, and I've actually started drinking it twice on some days. Now, I'll definitely buy this again and have no plans to go back to pills. I highly recommend drinking it with water. For some reason, mixing it with juice or protein powder strengthens the taste and makes it disgusting. Since it seems to work for me, is a great value and tastes ok with water, I'm giving it 5 stars.

This product is one of the best in it's kind. 1 or 2 scoops is ok to pump you up before Gym. You will be able to experience that tightness in your muscle that you can feel when the real pump comes in. You will see your vains out and will be able to experience less tiredness. Yes, taste makes it a little bit changing to take but you should mix it with some citrus flavor and it will be easier. I tried it because I wanted to get rid of pills and is actually helpfull. I also got the L- Carnitine which I mix together with the L- Arginine and they work very well to me. Note : together they might make your stomach a lil upset specially if you take it first thing in am (5am) but you can see improvements in your work out as soon as the 2nd or 3rd day. This product will also be helpful for a energy pump in the afternoon or for blood flow into intimate parts of your body at night. Allow at least 45min to let the L-arginine get in to system. Other than a awful flavors this product works for me really good. I’ve been taking it for some time now. Doesn’t clump but slight warning -the smell is not pleasant. I’ll still continue to take it because for the cost it’s great.
