To start with packing is extremely bad. It smells like industrial cleaner for week at least.Looks wise it will make you look stupid with extremely large head circle. That will also make it rest on your head only at a point increasing discomfort.Ear pad is very uncomfortable. That fake leather like sides is more like hard plastic.Only saving grace is mic noise cancellation is good. But my old blackberry passport microphone had better noice cancellation with or without earphone.But since all cellphones have terrible voice cancellation this one does the job. Though be careful not to wear in public or in office. Maybe for girls or long hair can hide this ugliness flaw.And finally too expensive.

I got this headset thinking that after i pay around Rs 9000, i would get a very premium sound quality. However I am highly disappointed with the level of sound quality I am getting from this. First of all even with full volume setting, it barely reaches a level you can tell it is high volume. Second the bass response is very bad, i had to put an Equalizer software and bump up the bass frequencies to get an acceptable level. Compared to my previous headset Plantronics 628 USB which only costed around Rs 2000, this one sound totally pathetic considering the price i paid, i do agree the mid range clarity is better than Plantronics 628 but overall this is a total disappointment. I don't know why people have give such high rating for this . May be they have not tried out better headphones before in their life. Please avoid this totally. This is the first time I am trying a Jabra brand and I am totally disappointed. Either i got some fake chinese product or this one is totally overpriced. I wouldn't pay more than Rs 1500 for this one and that also just because of the overall build quality not for the SOUND!!!

Not much of noise cancellation, like sound of fan in the room is handled,however it picks up noise from far.for example if dish cleaning is going in kitchen it pickup noise in other room so noise is not cancelled completely.only pros is that it is comfortable to wear and doesn't cause pain on earlobes if used extendedly.my head phones are delivered only with usb wire, there is no wire with 2.5/3.5mm mm jack as described on Amazon website with product description.it is delivered in a pouch, box packaging was atleast expected from Jabra connect services.i had 100 questions in my mind after seeing the packaging,if i got the genuine device after spending almost 9 grands.i do not see it as value for Money.

Noise cancellation is worse than pathetic, because it is nonexistent in the first place. I don't feel like I wasted my money, rather I feel cheated. I bought new set only to cancel noises I hear, but not it is not filtering anything at all.It is one thing to be disappointed by poor quality. It is entirely different level to suspect that product itself might be defective or even spurious, get a replacement, and find that doesn't work either.At least it is consistent in being useless. So, I gave 1 star.

One of the worst headset, not at all value for money.. no options no noice control nothing. . v could have buy headset of this quality for 1k.. complete waste of 9k. Amazon must have return option to such poor quality product otherwise u r cheating customers.. very poor customer experience.

excellent product.i used to this product when i was working. my previous company. when working from home i chose this product. while costlyit is reliable and quality is very good. works well with teams and skype. highly recommended if you want quality and reliable professional headset with mic.

Sound quality is good but headphones keep slipping even if we make them tight. At start it was fine but slowly with use, it kept getting loose and now it falls while I am on important calls.

Crystal clear voice clarity.Noice cancellation works very fine.

I bought these by recommendation for working from home and have been very pleased. They're easy to use and comfortable to wear. The case comes in very handy for packing away.It would be useful if the volume control was marked in white to make it more visible when on a call, but not a major issue. I'd definitely recommend to others.

Great product

Gutes Headset mit gutem Mikro aber es drückt ziemlich an den Ohren nach einiger Zeit. Muss man sich erst mal dran gewöhnen. Sonst irgendwann schmerzhaft. Zu dem Preis hätte ich mehr comfort erwartet. Auch das Mikro ist ein bischen rappelig beim verstellen.

Should have got the MS Teams version, can't answer a Team call from the headset but still can from app. I don't use my UC nearly as much as I use Teams. Other than that enjoy the comfort and fit. Sound quality excellent and people on my calls say I'm clear and easy to hear.

Le avevo già quindi so che queste hanno la meccanica difettosa. Il microfono tende a scendere da solo. Non è un problema della cuffia ma del venditore
