Delicious- but no longer OU kosher
Just a note to kosher consumers, this is no longer OU. I've ordered numerous times and enjoyed this cheese. Most recent order on 9/12/19 the label now has a tablet k instead.

Awesome cheese
Tastes great. I've been eating Chavrie goat cheese for years now. It is amazing eaten plain. I do cook with it as well, but use it sparingly if you're cooking with seafood and pasta. I made shrimp with this cheese and the cheese flavor was too strong. Oddly enough, eaten plain is phenomenal. Anyway, if you're going to use it on chicken, may I suggest using Chavrie's honey goat cheese one.... they are all great but certain ones go better with certain things!

Worked fantastic in mashed sweet potatoes
A solid goat cheese for inclusion in any recipe that calls for it. It works on its own, for snacking, but I find the goaty aspects of the cheese to be a bit too pronounced for that purpose (although perfectly suited when it's an ingredient in other dishes, as the flavor can shine through).
