Radix Key Blade - Slim Keychain Folding Pocket Knife with Built-In Bottle Opener (Black)

Does what is advertised. Locks firmly, opens easily enough with one hand, but not too easy, has a permanent place on my keys as a utility blade due to being super light, looking pretty stealthy, and being super easy to use. Not to mention since having this little knife, it's holding up well and has held its edge with routine use for cutting tape on boxes, and regularly opening letters or other light work cutting or puncturing. Very decent for the price.

I purchased this knife for my boyfriend as he is a pocket knife enthusiast. He is a fan so far.The pocket knife works as advertised. He mainly use it to open packages, envelopes and the like. The blade comes sharp. The body frame feels like its made with quality steel. The locking mechanism feels safe and has a good sturdy opening/closing feel - unlike some other knifes he has.Overall the pocket knife is simple, attractive and convenient. He has been using the knife for a few days and has been pretty satisfied so far. He hangs it on his key chain – nice addition for on the go.

I was looking for a small enough blade for package opening that also had a bottle opener. I decided on this one as it looked great, had a bottle opener, and a lock that was functional.Knife - works great. Doesn't bend under pressure and cuts well. I have used it for a month and had to sharpen once it as I use it regularly.Knife lock - lock works great. I haven't had an issue where the lock didn't hold. Holds well even while cutting through cardboard.Bottle opener - not that great. I would've give the product a 5 star review but the bottle opener removes a star. I know that you can open a bottle with almost anything, but I like having a separate bottle opener. This opener doesn't function well as the opening is too narrow to fit the bottle cap end into the opening without having to wiggle it quite a bit. It also took me two times before getting the bottle open, but after a few times I got used to it and now I am able to open somewhat simply.Over all the knife is great but the bottle opener is functional but not ideal.

Really nice little blade for when you need something sharp. I had to replace my SOG key knife because I had to get through security one day and they saw it SMH. I can’t find that key knife anymore so I bought this one to replace it and it is great. You can tell it’s a knife and comes in handy very small and sharp. I would recommend if your looking for a small black knife.

Great knife, razor sharp, easy to use and easy to close. However, the key chain that it came with was absolutely terrible. Often (once every hour or two) I would have to twist the little twist latch thing when I noticed it was coming loose on its own, but I was stupid enough to keep using it to attach this key blade and some keys to my carabiner. I just lost the keys to my apartment and car while walking around outside because the twist latch gave way without me noticing. The manufacturer shouldn't be including this chain thing if it's this badly secured. Yes, the knife is great and I wouldn't change much about it, but it was careless on the manufacturer's fault to include a keychain that gave way so easily.

The knife itself is fantastic and has been able to cut through anything I’ve needed it for with ease. The bottle opener is too thin to open things in one quick try. It’ll take a few tries on different sides or proper technique to get it on one try. It’s more of a last resort opener, but still gets you by. Still rating it 5 stars because it’s a fantastic knife

Not a fan and I wouldn't buy it again. I've had way better keychain blades.

Slim and compact. I replaced a thin victorinox knife and a separate bottle opener with the Radix, and also swapped out my key ring with the flexible cable that came with the Radix. Now I find myself checking my pocket to make sure I didn't forget my keys, it is so much more comfortable.Cons are that the knife blade is short and the bottle opener takes some practice. But I wouldn't go back.
