BOSIWO NVR 8 Channel Home Security Camera System Video Recorder with 1TB Hard Drive Support Compatible with all MIPC Cameras

**Please see my review on the Bosiwo IP camera. **Having now added 3 cameras to my cctv network I decided to be one of the first to purchase the NVR Cloud Box to be able to give me a longer recording period and to be able to save on buying SD cards. I’ve had many devices in the past and with experience SD cards tend to curupt after a while and need replacing.I ordered the Cloud Box where the supplier gave me the option to add a 1TB hard drive to my order at a very competitive and reasonable extra. I ordered and was told it was shipping from China although be it via courier (Not the typical 6 week wait). The order arrived 7 days later to my delight and I went about installing it to my already set up 3 camera cctv system via the app.Set was so easy going into the app and adding the Cloud Box as I did like the cameras and then being asked to give it a password. After doing this it showed up on the app and I went into each camera and enabled the “Device Storage” tab, entered the password and the cameras were linked.Upon this now been up and running for a few hours I noticed a massive difference in accessing recorded footage with it being so much faster than connecting to each camera. It must be due to the system being able to access the hard drive faster than each cameras individual SD cards.So all in all an excellent bit of essential kit if you want a real quality and reliable cctv recording system. Again the customer communication and care is quick and efficient.Would certainly recommend this system.

Easy to set up and connect to

I like that it's sturdy and have a simple design. I dislike the fact that you can't connect to this NVR unless you are connected to the same wireless network. So if I want to check a previous video with my phone away from home it is not possible.
