How do you not have this by now??
DG's first proper mixtape is, along with their first album The Money Store, their best release. Loud noisy beats, left-field samples (like Link Wray on "Spread Eagle Cross The Block"), and generally a no-Fs-given kind of attitude. Certainly not for "hip-hop traditionalists", but hip-hop has gotten so utterly stale these last few years (from '00 to '09 it seemed the only options were groanworthy swag rap made for the ringtone market or boring "real hip-hop!!!" with stiff beats and played-out jazz samples) that it's a huge breath of fresh air if you've got an open mind. If you can, cop this on cassette; there were two runs, the first run in white case and the second in black. It's probably rather expensive by now but the mixtape has a very loud, grimy production that works better on tape than on vinyl or digital formats. Of course, it's also available 100% gratis on DG's thirdworlds.net website, but chances are you've heard it already if you're reading this.

The record sleeve was actually pretty beat up and the plastic sleeve was actually dirty
Was supposed to be new but opened. The record sleeve was actually pretty beat up and the plastic sleeve was actually dirty. The record was supposed to be never played but it has some wear as well.

It came in a small package and works fine
Not being able to decide which Death Grips album is best, I really like this album. I would have loved to get it on vinyl but it is like 3.5x more expensive. My only small complaint, is that there is a small crack in the front of the cassette case, but i can just get a new one easily. Exmilitary- 9.5/10 album

God is watching...
What in Christ have I so gallantly immersed myself into? Everything that is Death Grips has been an answer to a question I wasn't firmly aware I was asking, and duelly satisfied with the results. Rambunctious, loud, chaotic, savage, unapologetic, insightful, boastful, in your face and down your throat, all the while channeling an energy all of its own. Start here, work your way up, and Beware. Pun very much intended.

repress = BOOTLEG
That guy failed to mention the repress is a BOOTLEG, completely unsanctioned by Death Grips. Save your money for a real copy.

I bought this record for $20 when the album came out. Now the vinyl pressing is worth $600. Pretty cool huh
