Raspberry Ketone with Green Coffee Extract 90 Soft Chews

I originally went to GNC where I tried a sample, asking first if there were any carbs in it and it was completely sugar free. So I didn't hesitate to try it. It does taste like Starburst and I was quite pleased because if you are on a strict low carb diet, this supplement is the cure for any time you have a sugar fix. Its recommended to take up to 4 a day, and I noticed some of the people who reviewed this product recommend 6 a day, which I guess is okay if you are working out real lot, but I don't understand the requirement to have any more than 200 mg of Raspberry Ketones per day. I guess I better catch that episode of Dr. Oz where they featured this stuff.At any rate, GNC charged me 28 dollars for a 30 pack of chews manufactured by "HNS" or "Healthy Natural Systems". This product made by "Healthy Delights" has 90 in it and according to the nutrition label listing the supplement facts, has the exact same ingredients. Upon trying it, i noticed their each individually wrapped the exact same same way and taste exactly the same. So, the lesson was, don't go to GNC for the "HNS" product and buy this one. It's the same thing and you get 3 times as much for even less money. I highly recommend it. Again, especially if you are on low carb diet, because it really helps fulfill that sugar fix, and even gives a small pickup for your workouts.

This product is alright...The taste is really good, its kind of like a starburst.The chew form of this product is really convienant. I hate pills, so this was easy to take.For the quantity, the price isn't bad.Now I say "read the label" because it is recommended that you take 200-500mg of Raspberry Ketones for it to be affective.This product only has 50mg per chew. For this product to work well and fast, you need to take a minimum of SIX chews a day.Thats inconvient and yet also convient. This product is so yummy you can just take it as a snack easily. So taking 6 or more is no issue...But it makes you having to buy this more frequent. Which means more money being spent.Keep this in mind when deciding between the chews, and the pills.

Having tried this product previously, I was not buying it blind. I don't know that this contains enough ketones or coffee bean extract to actually do what these ingredients are touted for and I find that it does not suppress the appetite, however, taking the pure supplements, I have found that also having these around to chew on are helpful to keep me program focused. These chews have a really good flavor and are soft enough to melt down in your mouth - which makes a huge difference when you are trying to curb a sweet tooth.

I found these at GNC and they were much more expensive. Then I found them at Sam's for half the price - here they are in the middle. They do make a difference for me when I chew them at night before bed or after a bigger meal.

Have taken it for a month and have noticed my stomach shrinking. I do work out but it was hard to shrink my stomach with just working out. You do have to take enough for it to work. I take 6 per day.

Though I was aware of the amount of green coffee & ketones before it wasn't until I bought other supplements when I realized that I would have to take 3-4 chews to get the correct amount.Though they taste great they are 15 cal each chew

A friend gave me some of these on a recent business trip & I was AMAZED how well they worked. I chewed 2 before each meal (about 30 minutes) and ate much less than normal. Dr. Oz was spot on with this product!

My life is much better with a snack that satisfies with a little sweet, and mostly just energy and go power for any activity of choice, no matter how energetic the activity is.I will be buying these for years to come
