Kindle edition does not work. Pages half empty. Lots of totally empty page. No way to get refund! Absolute rubbish.

Morpurgo's ability to design a world of intrigue and delights is never more obvious than in this book. The characters are warm and easily relatable to and the adventure draws the reader in to empathising with them.Read it to a class of 9-10 year olds and they adore it too. Enjoyable for ages 8 plus although some vocabulary may need explaining especially nearer the end of the book!

Michael murpurgo is a wonderful author and this is a fantastic story, but buy the print version, not kindle, as most pages are blank!

This has been bought as a present so I do not know how it will be received. However Michael Morpurgo books are usually very good.

Nice book daughter reading for her school work fast delivery

The book is one of my favourite children’s stories written by my favourite children’s author. All good quality and in good condition.

This was recommended. My daughter loved reading this book. A winner!
