* The light is bright and good for small gates and walkways* The MOTION DETECTOR is good and brightens the light when it detects people* Build quality is DECENT but not great.MAJOR DISADVANTAGE is that the position of the solar pannel. I have tried placing this light in three different locations and it still wouldn't charge properly. The pannel is mounted in such a way that sunlight hits the pannel only rarely and it not enough to give full charge.Proceed with caution. But I wouldn't recommend you put money into this product.

Usage period: 2 weeks+Easy to install. Works well. The dim light is a tad too dim. The bright mode when you move near it is really good.Comes on and goes off automatically. Considering getting two more of these.Suggestion: It would be nice to have a switch for disabling the motion sensor and letting it stay in the Bright mode at all times. I'm searching for a solar lamp with that feature right now.--------UPDATE: 4 monthsThe product stopped working for 2 days. I sent an email and got a call from IFITech within an hour with a resolution that worked. Purchased 2 more pieces.New item: The first has a bluish tinge when on. The motion sensor range seems to be better too. Second item on the way.Suggestion: Still hope to get one with a switch to disable the motion sensor.-------UPDATE: 2 yearsI have purchased 3 of these.Unit 1: Works perfect. Installed where many do not pass. Have to reset the unit once every 4 months.Unit 2: Works perfect. Installed where substantial people move around.Unit 3: Works just for 2-3 hours. Installed by the road where many people pass.Ensure you wash the dirt off the solar panel regularly. Overall satisfied with the product.

The product is good and motion sensor is the best feature in it. The size is considerably smaller to my expectations. I had earlier bought a solar torch which has a panel attached and 4 modes of operation and that emits more light than this IFITech solar light. A plus point with this product is inbuilt solar panel so it just needs to be fixed and doesn't require manual switch off or on. The reason I rated three to this item is because of dim light that it emits. One would require to install 2 such lights in order to have good light in coverage of 15×5 ft area. I bought it of 2600rs so compared to cost the product is average.

This is a review biased and based on using the product for about a week. Here are my thoughts.The fit and finish: acceptable and convincing enough to be a well engineered product.Working: Really effective electronics that work accurately for light sensing (going active as light turns to darkness), motion sensing (with a reasonable 4 to 5 meter range).Charging: Requires a reasonable amount of direct sunlight. I have noticed that 5 to 7 hours of reasonably good sunlight with mild cloud cover allows the unit to last through the night.Practicality: do not expect it to last the night if you have several moving objects around it (trees that sway in the wind, clothes or curtains left out to dry or pets that are active at night.Price: I have set up several motion sensing units around my house, so i think that this unit is slightly overpriced. Not that its not worth the money (considering the finish and compactness).Lighting: when on active mode (when the sensor is triggered) it does light up a 3 to 4 sq metere area effectively enough. The LED's though are naked, and might hurt the eye if stared into directly. It would have been nice to have a light diffuser but that might sacrifice some of the intensity of light.Would i buy another? May be.

This is more suited for small spaces. Its power is really low in its base mode. Ofc when there is a motion it lights up well, but that hardly lasts for 5-8 secs. When it dims, it is really weak. Almost like a zero blub. So see utility and purchase. Product by itself is good.

After searching Amazon for a solar powered illumination device I came across this device. After reading all the positive reviews i decided to buy this product. There is a review about this product on YouTube which you can check out. After using this product i can say that is meets my expectation. I intended to use it outdoors and it fits my needs. The illumination provided is good and the sensors work as expected. Don't expect too much brightness from this device. If you are looking for more brightness then there is another product from this manufacturer which can help you. The build quality is good and it can easily be wall mounted. The weight of the product is not too heavy or light. Solar charging is excellent since the panels are well placed on the device. This device offers 2 brightness modes; Low and High(triggered through the sensors). The radius of brightness is also good and it can light up a corridor easily. The price can be a let down but this product offers premium craftsmanship. If you want to invest in Solar Energy then this device is an excellent choice. Do give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

The product is good, initially the charge would stay up the whole night. The sensors are very sensitive. The light is also bright enough to light up the small corridors. But since it is sensor light, you might shock your visitors at times. It's been a year now and does not work efficiently. it gets discharged very soon than expected. The light has become dull too. Overall I would rate 3 for this. The packaging was good and was delivered safe without any damages.
