I have been using curling irons for over 30 years, and Beachwaver is by far the best curling iron ever! The curls are amazing and they stay all day! Using this iron is so easy- it doesn’t take long at all to get used to it. It also works on all hair types- my hair is thin and wavy, my Asian daughter has thick straight hair, and my younger daughter has thin, straight hair. This curling iron works for all three of us! It is worth the money!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy, Fast Curls That Actually Last! I've tried a lot of curling irons over the years, and the Beachwaver B1 is by far one of the easiest to use. The rotating barrel takes all the guesswork out of curling, and I was able to get smooth, bouncy curls in a fraction of the time it normally takes. The 1-inch barrel creates beautiful beachy waves that last all day, and I love that it has multiple heat settings and an auto shut-off feature for peace of mind. Definitely worth it if you want salon-looking curls without the learning curve!

Really good tool. My hair is so long now manual rotation was taking too long to wrap and with high heat, I was concerned with hair damage (not to mention time). Beachwaver’s highest heat setting is a bit lower (410 F) than what I used to use (435 F), but works well and curls held (I am using a heat protectant). Rotation is so much faster than doing it manually AND easy to control. Bi-directional button is one of the key features. I could never hold any tool upside down successfully as some other products require, so this feature made it really easy and took me seconds to get used to it! I thought that I needed a bigger barrel like 1.5” but this 1.25” is perfect as the curls naturally relax to the perfect wave. My hair is med thickness but I have a lot of it. I section bottom, middle, top. Also, I travel to Europe at least once a year so dual voltage capability is a cherry on top :) I highly recommend this curler!

easy to use but the curl does not hold

You get what you pay for! I’ve had this iron for a half hour and I quickly curled my fine hair on the low setting. Curl never stays in my hair… Until now. I have purchased knock offs and other similar curlers from drugstore brands and they last 3- 6 months before they don’t heat up as well or unevenly. This is very well made and it feels very sturdy and durable. Arrived quickly and I love the glitter red! This is my hair after trying to brush out the curl. With previous irons, one brushing and the curl was gone.

My 13yr old uses this everyday and it creates beautiful curls and is super easy to use. She says she can curl her whole head in half the time it use to take with a traditional curling iron. You csn also wrap your hair around it like a wand curler to make a wavy look. Versatile, heats up quick and works great. Definitely recommend!

My wife bought this Beachwaver B1 in the "Pink Sunset" color as a gift for our granddaughter, and let me tell you, it was an absolute hit. I don't pretend to know a whole lot about hair tools myself, but seeing how much she loves using it—and how nice her hair looks when she visits—makes it an easy 5 stars in my book. According to our granddaughter, the automatic rotating feature is a total game changer. She used to spend forever doing her hair with a regular curling wand, but this 1-inch ceramic barrel speeds up the process and gives her those perfect, effortless-looking beach waves that are so popular right now. As for the quality, it feels incredibly sturdy and well-made. The Pink Sunset color is also really vibrant and cute in person; she was thrilled the second she pulled it out of the box. If there is a minor downside to mention, she did tell us there was a slight learning curve right out of the gate. Because it has left and right rotation buttons, it took her a couple of tries to keep from accidentally spinning the hair the wrong way or pressing a button by mistake. However, after about ten minutes of practicing, she got the hang of it completely. It is also a bit of an investment compared to standard curling irons, but given the time it saves her and how often she reaches for it, the value is definitely there.
