I read all of the reviews about how great the product was and how good the customer service was. This was not my experience. The product was not well made or well designed. First it was very lightweight, which I guess could be a plus. The nylon material was simply cheap. This did not bother me as much as other things. The second thing is that there were limited compartments for storage. This wasn't so bad either. The reason that I returned it is that the bladder broke on the second use. The seam where the screw on lid is placed seemed to be only glued down. It tore apart while filling it for the second use. It was merely applied to the outer surface of the bladder with nothing solid on the inside holding it together. I bought this one because it held 3L of water. I also purchased four other packs for my kids. The ones I got them only held 2.5L so I decided to "upgrade" mine. This turned out to be the wrong move. I bought the RUPUMPACK 2.5L for my kids. In comparison, these are an excellent product. Many compartments, bladder compartment is reflective insulation, the opening for the water is sealed well, the opening is also much larger, the material is heavier. So many reasons to go with the RUPUMPACK over this one. Fortunately, I was able to return and get a full refund.

The second time I filled the bladder I was sliding it back in the backpack and then finger rings and filler cap peeled off basically tearing it open. The bladder is now in garbage. The backpack was good quality though.Update: The seller has sent a replacement bladder for the backpack. So far the bladder is working well after having used the first time (just received replacement on Aug 30), but will update again once get a little more time with the unit. Great customer service experience so far even if it took them quite a while to initially respond.

This hydration pack is great quality for the price. I bought this pack for walking, running and mowing the lawn, and it has not disappointed. I love the quality on the pack, and the bladder. No leaks, the bladder material seems sturdy. My only small complaint was that the bite valve cap gets in the way sometimes. It's just a bit awkward, but the pack itself is awesome. I also love the customer service. On the day I received my hydration pack, I got a message from the CEO asking how I liked it. He followed up a few times, which I thought was awesome. I love that it had a Velcro patch for morale patches, and I love the lifetime warranty. I can not recommend this hydration pack enough.

I bought this pack for doing fast summer mountain hikes with minimal gear. I need lots of water and a few other items. I bought some smaller MOLLE packs to attach to the outside to tailor it to my requirements. The pack fits well and is lightweight and minimalist. Build quality seems decent. Zippers and buckles seem durable. 3L hydration bag is average quality. I would be nice to have some additional D-rings for attaching a rolled up light jacket or poncho. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase.

I washed with mild detergent, once, and never had a bad taste. Connecting the top of the blather was a bit confusing, since there are two slits on the top and none in the middle, yet there is a strap in the middle, which I attached to the cap attachment. The extra compartment allo was me to carry my keys and tools, while the netted pocket is perfect for my Taiji shoes.I ran the hose through the strap, and ended up tucking the hose through the chest strap. The switch and top of the nozzle are somewhat difficult to open with on hand, but with wear that may change. If I need to have immediate access, I leave the on switch open and the top cap off.This is a great bag for the money and size. I have liberated my water bottle off the frame and replace it with a lock. Very convent for me.

This is the best hydration pack that I recommend everyone own. It is very versatile and with a full bladder (just over 3/4 of a gallon of water or .7854118 liters short of a gallon) it does not feel like you are carrying 3 liters of water on your back. It's the perfect size and with the padded shoulder straps, you easily forget you are wearing a pack. The pack, for the size (see pics), can hold a lot of extra items and can easily be customized. I like that It has molle straps that will give me the option of adding accessories or additional packs as needed. It also has build in velcro ends that enables you to manage the excess straps, I don't like dangling straps, so strap management is a plus. The bite valve worked as designed and was not difficult to drink from, even after a 5 mile hike in the middle of the hottest time of day, in the Texas heat, the water was surprisingly still cool and refreshing. The product is made with very strong fabric (military grade) and feels like it will certainly last a very long time, but if anything should happen, the product comes with a lifetime warranty.I'm very happy with this hydration pack from Diaz Sports and I look forward to my next outing knowing that I can carry a reliable source of water with me, along with any other items, depending on the situation or environment.Actually, now that I think about it, I think I'll get another one to keep in my car in case of an emergency. It's a perfect size that will fit in my trunk without taking up a lot of room and will be available when ever the need should arise; kind of like my first-aid kit.Anyway, I highly recommend you ordering one (or two) because you won't regret it. I know I don't.
