Great book, we have so much fun making up different stories.

My 3 year old grandson absolutely adores this book. He started off just picking a picture on each page to step the story along. He now creates his own stories which grow in description each time we read the book. So many different possibilities and outcomes. Highly recommend for any child.

Perhaps three stars is harsh as the concept behind this book is fantastic. I bought this book for the library to use during storycraft sessions and I wanted something to showcase the development of a story. How you, the writer, can chart your own story and how each persons story can be different. Hence the joy of reading adventures.The images let this book down though, they are just vague and too similar and so don't really engage the reader. I spent more time explaining the concept of the book to kids than the kids looking at the images and making their own story. When eventually they did get the idea they stalled a good bit and the process just didn't flow.Like I said though, fantastic concept just wish it was executed better.

This is a favourite bedtime read for our 5 year-old son. It encourages imaginative storytelling as chooses a new path for the story to develop through the book by following the trail of images - allowing him to read to us, rather than us read to him.

Love the illustrations and the kids spend ages making up crazy stories

A very easy to follow story path which my 5 year old can follow (with help).The pictures are neat too.
