Absolutely love this product. I got it for recovery from Top surgery. The material is extremely soft and comfortable. The pockets are extremely useful in the front and back, and the ice pack (which slides into the pocket closest to your chest) is very nice. I haven’t had the chance to use the seat belt cover yet, but it is also super soft and comfortable to the touch. Would highly recommend.

As described. Will be excellent for upcoming surgery. I do wish they offered different sizes as I have a small build and this is definitely designed for an average or larger woman.
