Puts out a LOT of mist for a little thing. You can use a 1 L bottle and it will run all day and night. Very handy, I actually bought two. Great for travel. I have several portable humidifiers and this is by far the best. Most, being portable, are small and have small volume capacities. Because the water source is not included it is more powerful and remains compact for travel. Great design.

I opened my package and try it, it won't work. I try different outlets at home and none worked. My dad is an eletrician and he tested the battery charger with his devices and found out the charger won't work and is defective. Obviously there is no quality control or QA process in this for this product. Compare to my old one from a Swiss brand small portable air humidifier, this product is bigger. I just found my old one's charger and plug it in, it worked. That means this product's original charge is indeed defective. However, when i turn on with my own charge, the mist is SO LITTLE and small even at the maximum setting. It is garbage to me. I contacted Amazon to attempt a return within 7 days of purchase. The Amazon Rep was gladly issue me a refund and sent me paid return label. However, due to they can only send me a UPS label or drop off at a UPS location. I immediately tell them that i don't have a UPS dropoff location near me and I shouldn't be paying for the bus to drop off this defective item at my own cost. I request the rep to give me a USPS return label and I can drop off at my nearby USPS post office. The rep responded that I do not need to return it and i can choose to dispose it or keep it. Since it serve me no purpose and no use and waste of space to store it at home. I have threw it to the garbage already. I request to the rep that Amazon should contact this seller regarding product and QA/Quality Check control since it was a waste of my time (and time is valuable and money), waiting for the product, test it and try to figure out what's wrong with it, contact Amazon and tell them the story back and forth, research for another humidifier and wait for it. The rep was nice, listened what i have to write, and will inform his management. I was happy with Amazon Rep's communication and assistant that at the end they gave me my refund. I hope the management can do ensure better quality product up for to sale with their sellers. I will continue to buy from Amazon due to excellent customer service and the online Chat service box is a great feature and convenience to use. However, but for the product i want to give negative star if I can. I am searching for the old Swiss humidifier again that is much better quality product and much more powerful mist than this one.

Great little product. What prompted me to purchase this unit over the other is the compact size and design which makes it ideal for both my bedroom and anticipate for my hotel room when I travel. No wasted space for the water reservoir, just a water bottle you have right in your hotel room. This way I can have the same environment while traveling as I do at home is my plan. For the past few mornings, I have awakened without the feeling of dryness in both my sinuses and eyes (I think I sleep with my eyes slightly opened) !!In addition, I found that it can also make my bedroom really smell great using aroma oils.

At first, I had a hard time figuring out how to attach the water bottle?? But to be fair, I hate reading instructions....looked simple enough...but AFTER reading instructions...figured it out. Only problem is you really have to feed the water bottle insert into the small hose thing...not exactly a perfect fit (most 16oz). So I have experimented with several water bottles...found one that fits perfectly...20oz SMART water bottle. I simply reuse the same water bottle now as I really don't buy SMART water that much....but works great! Only reason I did not give this product 5 stars...was because I use this at night when I go to sleep...on my night stand....well there is a blue light that illuminates when the humidifier is on & running...and red when water runs out...light is very bright...it's kind of annoying....but otherwise still a good purchase.

The product has a great design and is convenient BUT it does not work. Once the water bottle fills the tank and the mist starts going the water level sensor deems it as being 'too full.' So I have to remove the water bottle and tilt the machine to get the mist going again and the water level to go down. This lasts maybe a minute. Once it stops misting again due to the water level I lay it flat and hand-fill the tank with the appropriate amount of water and it still doesn't run for more than a minute before the water level is 'off.' There is a small hard floating foam-like piece inside that is supposed to be monitoring the water level and telling the product when to start and stop. I've testing holding down this piece that is supposed to float in the water in the tank to tell the machine when to run and there is barely a ml of 'perfect water level' allowing the product to actually work.

This is an excellent mini cool humidifier. I used a regular size bottle and turned it on as a low mist mode. The mist lasted all though the night in my kids room, it's very quite and both of my kids slept well and really like it. Also, it is ideal for travel since the size fits in my luggage very well, and I can take it everywhere I go. BTW, the shipping is pretty quick and it's well packed.

We were really excited to get a very small desk top vaporizer. It looked great. Unfortunately, it was difficult to find a water bottle that would fit the attachment. It took several tries. When we did find one, the vaporizer itself kept turning off every couple of minutes and we kept having to fuss with it. As said, a really great idea, but the water source didn't quite function correctly. The seller was very quick to make a refund. Good customer service.
