Its a great Xbox. No problems what-so-ever. Does what its supposed to. Great delivery timing!

It's been a week with the Xbox one X and really the only thing that I can say so far that would be negative is the cleanliness of the Xbox, it came dirty covered in food but a quick wipe and it was brand new, been playing FH5 and the Xbox holds up like nothing, the controller is absolutely fine, all the cables are fine as well, I'd say it's an amazing purchase at a good price.

The graphics are amazing given the generation of console, the controller does have stick drift, but that’s to be expected with they refurbished unit overall I’m very happy with the purchase

I would not recommend Direct Distributor AT ALL! I ordered an Xbox one from them that was listed as refurbished but excellent condition. It was delivered and it only worked for three days, that’s it. When I contacted them, they ignored me. When they did finally speak to me they told me that if I wanted to return it, I had to go through Amazon. But that wasn’t the case I was told I had to go through Direct Distributor. But they completely brushed it off sending me back to Amazon. The Xbox one I bought from them only worked for three days and they refused to deal with me. That is very poor customer Service. I do not recommend anyone buy from them.

Received my Refurbished 1 TB XBOX One X. As of right now i am setting it up and everything is connecting and working as it should! I was worried at first after reading some reviews but my order is good to go

Horrible. I bought it because I needed a Xbox with a disc drive and the disc drive has a problem. The game will install for about 10 seconds then stop and it’s not the disc I’ve tried 8 different discs and it still does it and the discs are clean. Ridiculous.

Controller had a malfunction,I had to buy new controller. Console works perfectly so far.

reicive the xbox no controller no hdmi cable i plug my personal 4k hdmi cable at this point all is good after 4 hours the screen start glitching and sudenly my screen turn black i try change the HDMI cable and thats not resolving the problem the screen stay totaly black !!!! dont buy that's scrap is just a pure fraud i dont understand why amazon dont shut down this seller account
