Alpine Corporation 72" Bronze Mirror Waterfall Fountain with LED Lights

This is to-date my biggest Amazon purchase and I couldn't be happier. Delivery was excellent, packaging was very good, it was super easy to assemble, and it runs beautifully. The fountain is a very impressive statement piece in my living room. I love that it sits on the floor so I didn't have to worry about mounting a heavy item to studs. My fountain is plugged into a smart plug so I just tell Alexa to turn on the fountain when I get home, or from my phone if I want it on when I arrive with guests, and I have instant waterfall. The sound is very relaxing, and I've had no issues with the pump. I don't get nearly the evaporation I expected, which is nice - I don't have to add water often at all. The price of this fountain was much better than I could find elsewhere but not to worry - the quality is excellent, and the unit overall looks and functions like a very expensive fountain. I contacted customer service with a concern that turned out to be nothing, but they were responsive and helpful. Overall, I think this fountain is an excellent price and choice for a tall, beautiful, and impressive addition if you are looking for a home or office fountain. I'm a very satisfied buyer.

Love this water fountain. Beautiful addition. The light in the bottoms especially at night is beautiful. I have had indoor fountains before but this is about 15 inches than my last.

Pros: At first, the water was coming down too fast and the water trickling sounds were too loud, but after turning the pressure dial all the way counter-clockwise, it lessened the dripping noise, and the water has a slower flow. (I felt the faster flow made me a bit anxious). Though the slower flow doesn't cover the full mirror, I am super happy with the results. Such a warmer ambiance. The cons: some scratches were noticed on the lower part if the mirror, as if someone tried cleaning it with an abrasive towel. If anyone has some thoughts on how to remove the scratches, I'd be forever grateful. Otherwise, I am one happy customer, and my clients will absolutely love the healing vibes during treatment. I ordered two of these and I would say, the price was worth it! We placed it on our entryway and I get a lot of compliments from visitors... It gives you that "spa" feeling, sometimes I just sit in our living room listening to the tranquility the water flow brings. It was very easy to assemble. You just have to attached the mirror to the base and then all the small parts are very simple to put together. We used distilled water and it's all worth it. It don't leave any water marks at all and it's actually back to being crystal clear when the mirror dries. We run it about 8-10 hours a day maybe 3-4x a week and we probably add a liter of water only after about using it a total of 5 days. We use it indoor and that's probably the reason why it dont waste water that much! The water pump could get noisy when it's touching the sides. It creates that vibrating sound that could be annoying, all you need to do is move it away from the sides and then that noise stops... I wanted to change the stones since those stones are not really that attractive but im afraid that if I use a different set of stones, it might dirty the water and it might create streak marks on the mirror so I decided to just stay with the ones that came with it. I am in love with these waterfall mirror fountain. I hope they last long!!! We shall see!

I JUST got this yesterday, installed it and for an hour it worked great. I turned it off and at night when i turn it back on, the left side, 25% of it, the water was NOT running down. The pump is on working great, I cleaned the mirror, used the toothbrush, used my finger as per book, STILL, 75% of the background looks great with water but the other 25% will just not work or run water. Really IRKS me after paying so much money when I just saw someone locally selling his for $200 bucks with 3 months used. I didn't buy it cause I didn't want to have any potential issues so I pay full price for no issues and BAYUM. Issues FIRST day in, not even 12 hours IN yet. Here I am the 2nd night and YES I am up NOW messing with it trying to get that water to fully cover the mirror. I called then a few hours ago and they told me to read the manual? That was the customer service I got for all that money. I am debating on returning it but I only have the box for the mirror as I stupidly used the other small box for something else thinking I wasn't gonna have issues cause it was NEW. Did I just learn an expensive lesson with that dumb decision. If that other guy was selling his after 3 months and now i am having this issue and i just read some others having the same issues, U might want to stay AWAY from paying ALL THIS MONEY for this. The motor is also MEGA LOUD. I had to invent and put a rubber piece under it to stop the vibration cause that small foam piece they give u to supposedly keep the pump from making that loud vibrating noise is a JOKE. The rubber invention fixed that but the left side not getting water is a big issue. ALL spouts are shooting hard and strong, the mirror is super clean, floor is level, so I don't get it. I am still SHOCKED their customer service told me to READ THE MANUAL. I did, there was no magic fix in it. I did all it said. The fact that its in the manual should have alerted me to the the fact this must be a regular problem with this if they have to point it out. I might still return it after I find something else to replace it. I will see if i can find something comparable first unfortunately cause it does look nice.

Great product, a little expensive but an excellent conversation piece to have in your living room. Everyone always stares at it when they come in, it's super chill and relaxing. Takes about 60-90 minutes to set up and the Styrofoam packaging gets everywhere. There's a couple minor maintenance issues; you have to use distilled water and fill it back up about twice a week because water evaporates. I also put a few drops of algaecide weekly just to prevent algae. In addition, you have to keep it running all the time or else water dries up on the mirror and won't flow properly. The water level must be kept above the filter or it makes a loud noise, and you have to make sure the wire from the filter is not touching anything or it hums. But if you are diligent in maintaining it, everything turns out fine. I had the problem of water not flowing over the entire mirror after a couple weeks, but I used a toothbrush to clean the water holes and some glass cleaner for the mirror behind and the problem went away. All in all, it's a beautiful piece and I highly recommend it if you entertain guests in your house. It adds to the Zen vibe in my place and although expensive, I'm glad I got it.

My wife asked me to order this out of the blue and I thought she was nuts. After getting it setting it up which was very easy filling it with distilled water and running it. It has become part of life here. It's on a timer. Starts sitting in the morning. Shuts off late at night. Looks good and even acts like a kind of a humidifier. Definitely great aesthetics. Great value

OK first review so here it goes. The package arrived OK. There was small dent in the bottom tank but i did not bother repacking it and return it. Too lazy and it was not that visible. Easily but together in 20 minutes, no tools required (more on that later). I have never had fountain like this before so I cant really compare it to others. PROS: looks really nice. Good size. Water flow can be adjusted. CONS: Pricey. 1. Water running can be really noisy. I put piece of Styrofoam in the tank to have drip on that and that helps. It would be nice if there was adjustable plate on the bottom that you could redirect water therefore control the noise. 2. Water pump makes lot of noise. I can hear the pump in the basement. I put it on piece of wood to reduce the transfer of vibrations and that helped a little. 3. Cannot not be leveled on the floor. Common really? Adjustable legs would have been nice. This needs to be level to have nice water flow. I used wood wedges in the tank to level the mirror. 4. Hard to adjust flow of water. You have to remove the tray with rocks and reach into the tank to adjust water flow. Build-in valve could have been sticking out of the back for easy adjustment. 5. Cant adjust top bar. The top bar where water comes out on the mirror is not level and cant be adjusted. Would have been nice to have some control. Final Thoughts: It looks nice but if you want to have something indoor specially for bedroom like I did, this is too loud. I expected better craftsmanship.

Been looking for something like this for years and was so surprised to see this on Amazon. The look is great and the sound of flowing water is soothing. We keep it indoors at our front entrance. It's definitely a conversation piece. Love it!

I love this. Absolutely love it. Boyfriend bought it and then I read the reviews and I was a little nervous, but the pump just hums gently. Like yes you can hear it but it becomes just something in the background pretty quickly. Not an issue for me. It trickles very nicely. I think it's really pretty.
