Great flavor; helps prevent tooth decay
I didn't know until recently that Xylitol is beneficial in conquering the bacteria that cause tooth decay. Meanwhile, I'd gotten into the habit of chewing on ginger pastilles before bed (after brushing) to combat heartburn. My dentist urged me to brush afterward, but who wants to brush when you're almost asleep or in the middle of the night? I know I should but I am too tired. So I got ginger Ice Chips first, and I like them (and eucalyptus & lemon flavors - the clove not so much). But I love licorice, and it's also good for nausea, so I ordered this flavor. I LOVE it. Now in the middle of the night if I get up to use the restroom, I will swish some natural mouthwash and then pop one of these in my mouth to help keep decay at bay. I also eat a few just before sleeping. And a few during the day.Caution: they can cause gastrointestinal distress if you have too many, and that is no fun at all.Side note: when I buy the 3 pack (not the 6), I receive the blue rubber bracelet that says "Never give up." I leave the bracelets in my local free food pantry (like the Little Free Library), and it always gets claimed, so I think it's a great message to share with people who need a pick -me-up.Side note 2: I bought the lemon flavor of a different brand (Sno, which cost less), and it tastes like chemicals to me and doesn't have the tartness I like. So Ice Chips is my favorite.Side note 3: many artists like to use the tins to make other things (photo is one example), so consider passing them along in your local Buy Nothing group or creative reuse center.

I use for dry mouth
Xylitol ice chips are a bit pricey, but it’s the only thing that I’ve found to help with my dry mouth at night. I use a CPAP machine and it tends to dry out my mouth. I put a piece of Xylitol in my mouth, into the cheek, and my mouth doesn’t dry out so fast. I like it because it is better for me than a piece of sugary candy. It does not promote tooth decay, and has a low glycemic index, which helps with my diabetes. The flavors are tasty as well. I love the Pina Colada, the lemon, the apple and the strawberry daiquiri, but they have several other flavors to choose from. I’ve been using this candy for years. I break up the bigger pieces so the container of Xylitol lasts longer. I hope this helps if you’re on the fence.

Tasty
These are actual broken chips! Tasty but remember that Xylitol will POISON your dog so be careful to keep it out of their reach!!!

Perfect replacement for sugar-filled candy.
I 100% endorse these candies, but with one caveat. We'll get to that in a second. These candies taste like sugar, but they aren't. You can eat a whole tin of them, and it's like 125 calories. They're too sweet to eat a whole tin at once anyway, so they'll last a while. Xylitol is an excellent sweetener, and it has anti-cavity properties! It feels too good to be true. They don't *quite* taste like real sugar, but they definitely taste good for a pure sweetener product. Most pure sweeteners are bitter, but this stuff is 100% sweet. But, there was that one caveat, remember? Turns out Xylitol is a sugar alcohol, and if you don't eat many sugar alcohols, it will act like a laxative. If your system isn't used to Xylitol (or Erythritol/Maltitol) eating a few servings of Ice Chips might have some side-effects - BUT - it lasts at most two days, and then it stops being a problem and you can safely eat like 5 pounds of this stuff a month. I say It's worth it, but know what you're getting into.

Love the ice peppermint chips
I love peppermint candy and I’m try not to eat too much sugar. I used an app called Yuka to break down how bad certain food is destroying our body. The app gave me the description of the peppermint ice chips candy to try as an alternative to eating peppermint candy. The ice chips are pricey but worth it to me because it satisfies my craving for peppermint, and has less calories I’m going to continue purchasing the peppermint ice chips.
