Do these sensors come ready to install, I've replaced my old ones with these and drove for a while but the tpms light is still on

They need to get programed to the vehicle

Will this fit my explorer sportrac xlt 2010 ?

6F2Z-1A189-A / TPMS-3 IS THE PART NUMBER YOU WOULD NEED FOR YOUR SPORTRAC

Will this fit aftermarket wheels?

I believe they will fit. As long as they have the same size value hole in them. Some rims have a large valve stems in them.
