The media could not be loaded.  It was almost funny how much tape there was on the box. I think they used a whole role of tape so it was hard to get into..but intact! LOL. After the unpacking struggle, there was no directions or assembly instructions. I YouTubed it and and it took about an hour to put together because not a the holes were big enough. The Welding job was pretty bad. Lots of pieces were sharp and you really needed to strong-arm it to assemble. After all that, it looks beautiful!

it is stylish, leather is quite durable.. size is not big, fits a slimmer person

This chair came with no instructions on assembly. We did get it put together, however since it took over a month to arrive I had already replaced my old chair with another one and no longer needed this. I was going to return it, but no free return and it would cost over $60 to mail it or UPS. I like the chair now that I have it set up. Its quite striking and very comfortable. I would recommend buying it but you cannot return it for free if it does not work for you.

The problem is easy to remedy. Get someone that speaks fluent English to write the instructions.

Ordered 2 and they did not match at all. Wanted two brown and white ones like the photo. Only one looked like that (love that one). The other one is a hideous solid gray with a completely different color for the edge leather. Does not match at all. Returning the gray one and hoping they send me one that matches the brown and white like the photo.

Good quality, easy to put together.

The connecting pieces did not fit or match. The cowhide is beautiful and now I have buy a frame. I contacted the seller because I wanted another frame I sent pictures. No response until I contacted Amazon I received my refund.
