A good addition to help with recovery
Bought this as I’ve upped my cycling & wanted a way to help relax while also aiding my recovery. On the whole it works great, the small ball that comes with it can be great for getting into trickier spots.

Great Product, Albeit a Little Hard
I like this - just a little too hard to start with. Luckily I've been rolling my muscles for a while, but it still feels very hard (would prefer slightly softer product). The small ball is extremely hard, I didn't find it very useful truth be told. Overall I like the product though.

Great product for those able to support themselves
Great quality product, although it is very difficult to use because you need to rolll your body parts on it using your body weight so ensure you are capable of supporting your weight using your arms if you are using for legs and back

Good back roller -1 massage ball
Lots of people posting that there's didn't come with a massage ball. Mine didn't either but they agreed to send one. Back roller is excellent quality.

good quality foam roller. recommended by my physiotherapist. i use the massage ball for my knee.

quite a hard roller
Roller feels harder than the ones in the gym - maybe that's because all the gym ones are softened up but find this one a bit too hard.

Broken already.
This would be a 5 star rating but the inside of the roller snapped today and now makes a crunching noise when rolling on it. I weigh 77kg so I’m not heavy. Would expect longer use and no return possible?
