Low quality lights not suitable for outdoor use.
I bought two sets of these lights 9 months ago to install them in my decking. They look really nice and bright at night and where easy to install. However, these lights are NOT suitable for outdoor use. As you can see on the attached pictures, water getting inside these lights and damaging them. In 9 months 14 of 20 lights have water inside.After arising this issue with the seller i was told: 'they are a very low cost hit and part of our budget range. We do sell higher quality lighting kits but the price does reflect that' . So basically you buying low quality rubbish for 50£ a set.If you want to use this lights outdoor please do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere or you will have to rip everything up fev times a year to get the lights replaced.

Works well and looks good
They look really good on my deck and are easy to chain together. Remember that the transformer is an indoor only use so you need either an outdoor mains socket of a hole in the wall.The hole cut size fell in between two of my disk cutters so they were a bit loose in the hole but a quick ben dwith some pliers and they fit OK. Would buy more without hesitation.

These lamps are not suitable for external use. 50% of them fell apart after being installed for less than 6 months in a wood deck, without even frost as an excuse. They look OK but I would not install them in a bathroom. To make matters worse the company tries everything to prevent giving out refunds, will not accept photo evidence and wants the lights returned. Then once I have them says it it too late to claim because I bought them 9 months ago.

UTTER GARBAGE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE
These lights are shockingly poor quality for outdoor use. They should not be used outdoor at all, as they are not fit for purpose. I would consider going to lighting direct for Techmar plug and play lighting if you want outdoor lights. I installed mine less than 6 months ago, 2 sets and quarter have failed already, the company refuses any refund only an exchange of the faulty Units, whilst I am certain that more will fail as the wiring between them is only suitable for indoor use, and no doubt is suffering from water ingress.I have asked for full refund as they are less than a year old and not fit for purpose, but this has been refused, just 30% of their new range... which has no doubt been introduced as the old were so shoddy. I would be very careful buying anything at all from these sharks, they will not honour guarantees, nor do they take any responsibility for selling sub-standard goods. Next stop trading standards.
