Better than nothing but...
Not great quality. The plastic film has frequent creases like raised bubbles across the width. Biro marks on one section which look like someone has marked it for cutting. Probably this has been cut from a longer roll and resold. Wouldn't use this particular supplier again. Disappointing.

Decent balance of quality and price
Having previously used, Adaptaroll, this product was not quite as good. The backing paper is thinner, as is the plastic membrane. There is also no adjustment strip on the bottom, so it’s a bit of a “guddle” undoing the closed end and retapiing. BUT the differences are not huge and at almost half the price, this product is not bad at all. Quality not quite as good, but price excellent.

Works well, with good results
The sleeve works well and can produce very good results. Please be aware that there are different ways of using the sleeves. Some people just make a snug sleeve for the dust jacket, which they then slip onto the book, just as with the uncovered jacket.Despite what one person demonstrating this method on YouTube said, in my experience that is NOT how libraries cover books. They use a sleeve that is slightly taller than the jacket, which leaves a narrow (say 2 mm) strip of the white backing paper showing at the top and bottom. This extra height allows the front and back covers of the book to be slipped into the open ends of the sleeve, so that it will stay in place, and won't slip up and down the book when in use. Some fix the ends of the sleeve to inside of the covers with a small piece of tape, but I prefer to let the sleeve slide in and out (or rather out and in) when the book is opened and closed. In my opinion, this second method produces a much more satisfying, satisfactory, and long-lasting result.

Durable dust sleeve cover
Does what it's intended for. The first few attempts did turn out to be slightly squint, but later I got the hang of it. The material is durable, but flexible enough to mould to the shape in time.As the majority of books are two or three basic sizes, I don't understand why the rolls are not made to those measurements, but retain a degree of overlaps, which require to be turned back. Reason for the mark off.

Good news for old dust jackets
Excellent, I recommend highly this this! A nice big roll; it certainly rescued the slightly tatty dust jackets of a couple of my big books. Slightly tricky getting it on straight - although I remember visiting a library supplier once & saw this stuff being put on jackets for library use at a good rate of knots. Practice makes perfect I guess.

Great for purpose but may need glueing!
Have used this product before and it is great for covering book dust jackets; however it is described as "No sticking or glueing.". This would only be true if it exactly fits the particular cover. For smaller ones it will need to be glued- not a problem- a glue pen or similar is ideal.

Not what I expected
Whilst I'm sure there will be people who think "That is obvious, it says it in the listing," upon reading this review, this is for the small percentage of people such as myself:THE PLASTIC SHEETING IS BACKED IN ARCHIVAL PAPER THAT IS NOT REMOVABLE!I ended up having to return this product as, unlike my other dustjacket protectors, I hadn't realised that the paper was attached and just presumed it pulled away.
