Eterna Watch Pulsometer 1942 A medical instrument and effective timepiece, Eternas Pulsometer was, by 1942, demonstrating its usefulness on the wrist of medical doctors and nurses. The great timepiece returned in 2010, this time equipped with a self winding mechanical movement providing 42 hours of power reserve and fitted in a stainless steel case 42 mm across. Each of the 1,942 timepieces has its number engraved on the caseback. Professional caregivers and historians alike will be happy to see that the Eterna Pulsometer Limited Edition 1942 is visually similar to the historic version. It features the classic dial layout with pulsometric scale, minute totaliser and subdial for the seconds. New on the modern version is the date at 6 o clock.
