Waited before I did this review because had a few well known brands and they were rubbish can say this is the best love great value for money would highly recommend.

Problems
My first soup effort burnt on the bottom of the pot and I have not been able to scrub off the blackened area. However I have cooked another soup since then and it didn't get any worse. Another complaint I had was that the power plug did not fit Australian PowerPoints and I had to buy an international converter.

Doesn’t work and haven’t gotten my refund yet.
It did not work when I plugged it in and was utterly useless. I requested a refund a month ago and still haven’t received it. Completely disappointed.
