In a brash decision, Cole has secretly moved to San Francisco under the guise of his straight best friend's engagement party, to escape a dead-end career and the memories of a passionate summer fling with a boy in New York. But when he arrives, he runs into the former fling and old feelings resurface. And after his friend, Daren, reveals his engagement was an accident, Cole uses the mysterious powers of a re-discovered sketchbook to try to put their lives back on track, whatever the consequences. A six-episode series based on the popular web series.

A great show.
The movie divided into chapters if you want to call it that. But the show was nice, great for an evening of relaxation. The ending, however, sucks. What's bad about this is there is no information if a sequel exist.

Very generous 3
The reason for it being generous is that there seems to have never been a season 2 and i had a ton of questions. Season 1, it was only 6 short episodes anywhere from 12 to 14 minutes each. The story, Cole moves from NY to SF without a job or anything to go to. He is gay and stays with his straight friend and his fiancee who are about to get married. The straight guy accidentally agreed to marry her and asks Cole to call it off and he does and the you know what hits the fan. Dumb plot and the characters are very one dimensional. I did not care about anyone, they are all shallow. Take a pass on this.

Enjoyable
Enjoyable series, well acted and directed. Cole and Daren are true to life and sympathetic characters. The whole concept of the series is a novel idea. My only complaint is the ending. Too much is left up in the air as though there should be another episode or a second season.

Not good
Isn't realise it was supposed to be a series and not a film. Probably my fault. However, it was dreadful. Poorly acted and very weak story line.
