Bad packaging development
I need to use the spray for 3 months before my eye doctor can check for improvement. HOWEVER, the pump on this spray is defective. I purchased 6 bottles and ALL pumps failed to work correctly after a short time. I called the company and the business manager didn't want to find a solution for me even though my complaint was reported by other customers. This was NOT the sellers fault.

If the spray is held correct to reach the back of roof of mouth push once to spray release, again push spray release & last push & spray.....worksgreat. I hold the spray to the side of my mouth aiming toward back then push with index finger release and spray again.Has a tastebut not bad. Hope it works!
