Royal Blue Color, but, Illegal in Pennsylvania.
These lights are VERYYY BLUE & Bright..... Great for Visibility!!!That being said, any BLUE lights on the EXTERIOR are illegal in Pennsylvania, as I was informed by a Pennsylvania State Trooper, unless you are an Emergency Vehicle.If you plan on using these while your parked , Off Road Use or if they are legal in your state, then I highly recommend these LED lights .

These lights look amazing, really bright, but REALLY blue, these are as blue as police lights. I didn't realize this, but they are illegal in some states. Check before you buy. Arrived before estimated. Great product and service.
