No nasty flavor, works as it should. I only wonder, how can I manage to hold under my tongue longer, than 3 seconds. I think because of the flavor my mouth fills with saliva instantly and I can not help myself, but swallow it. I wish I could hold it under the tongue as long as it recommended.

I am surprised how well this Vitamin B Complex works! Since I am taking this supplement I’ve noticed an increase in my energy levels. I have several auto immune diseases, and all of them bring extreme fatigue. I like the fact that this product combines all the vitamins (B1, B6, B12) that I need to boost my energy and strengthen my immune response to certain auto immune diseases. The only negative was the packaging. The boxes which contained the bottles looked like someone tried to open them. Shipping packing looked like someone ran over it. I made sure that the seal was intackt on each bottle to be sure.
