Better than I expected.
These things hold up several cords without the adhesive coming off. And the tie design allows for readjusting but doesn't come loose on its own. I haven't needed to use any screws. Nice stuff.

Glue is weak
The main issue is that the glue pads are weak, they can't withhold even a slight resistance. Other than that, the idea is great and ease of use is superb.
