It Helps!
I got this to help me with my planter factitious, and along with some other items I used it does help. I just leave mine in the freezer at all times and it never gets to cold to use, I went on a long walk one day, and my feet were killing me and it helped right away. The only think I can say against it is that it is cheaply made, and leaks, so I got another one from the seller, that also leaked, just not as much, I had to hot glue it to make it use able, but other than that I love it.

No Worth the money!
I have plantar fasciitis and really thought this would help with the arch stretching exercise. It does not feel good, or help me in any way. I found for the price, a soup can worked better.

Good idea if the liquid didn't always leak out!!! But unfortunately it does... Every time without fail.... I tried twice
