better instructions!
I have given this product only one star as I haven't used it yet for the purpose that I bought it for! The instructions are VERY BAD and POORLY WRITTEN! And I am not as suggested in the directions, going to test it on an animal first! So... UTUBE has some ladies that are demonstrating the device and their directions seem to be better. Once I feel good about the directions I will use the device.

It does what it claims to do
The booklet sucks, the Chinese to English was at times indecipherable.Best to look at the YouTube videos others suggested.I found (and read somewhere) the needle is good on low power, I took that to mean a setting of 5 or less.

WORKS
I have used on moles and skin tags on my neck. IT HURTS but it works. So I guess it depends on how bad you want them gone or how high your pain tolerance is. The directions suck, so I watched You Tube. Haven't tried it on age spots yet and don't know if I will. But it works and I healed fine with no scars.

Lack of instructions...Basically the instructions tell you how to turn the device on and off

Came y damage package and the product is damaged as well . Went to used after charging as indicated and could not finish using after 3 minutes battery was dead
