I received balance Disc as free for BalanceFrom Exercise Mat. Which is a awesome product and very good for back pain. We can sit long time on the disc without having any stress. I read so many reviews of other exercise mats that were cheaply made, had strange smells, were too thin, etc. and I finally came across the BalanceFrom Exercise Matt and am so glad I ordered it! Not too thin or too thick just right!. Durable material, no smell and came with a carrier wrap and a knee pad. I have recommended this mat to my friends. Best find in regard to quality and price for an exercise/yoga mat on Amazon!

What a great Yoga Mat! I love the thickness of it. But it’s not to thick to feel the floor on the ground when your doing yoga poses. I especially love the knee mat for extra protection for my super sensitive knees. Love the color purple.

Comfortable and good quality.

I think this mat will be great for all types of floor exercises. I might feel a little funny taking such a thick mat to a yoga class, but I'll get over it. If you're looking for the traditional "thin" yoga mat, this is not it. This is more like a foam mattress you could sleep on. If you stacked four traditional yoga mats, you would probably have the thickness of this mat. I really like the purple color, and the carrying strap and knee pad mat are nice additions. I haven't used it enough to give it a 5-star rating, but for the couple of weeks that I've had it, it works well and feels nice.

I decided to start a strength training program at home during the pandemic. Myself, knees, & elbows are not as young as they used to be & it was keeping me from doing floor exercises. My goal was to find a thicker pad for a bit more comfort. I figured the more comfortable I was, the greater possibility that I would continue. Well, this exactly fit the bill. It is just under a half inch thick and is perfect for extended planks & relaxing child's pose. It makes a bit of a bulky 7 1/2" in diameter bundle so it might be a big to take to classes but it is absolutely perfect for home use. If you do want to travel with it, it does come with a velcro adjustable carrying strap that is easy to use & adjust. Also, the great part about this package is the extra pad that is included with it. It is the same width & thickness as the mat but it is about 12" wide. It can be used flat for extra padding under the knees or rolled up to go under head, neck, lower back or similar use for Pilates or Yoga. One side is ridged side-to-side, the other side is smooth. It seems that it will be both slip resistant on a floor & underfoot during exercises. The one thing that could be negative is that I noticed the straps look like they have made a permanent imprint on the pad & it does get marked scratched quite easily so I am not sure about the long term durability. But for now it is perfectly what I wanted.

Love this exercise mat! It adds the perfect amount of support & cushion for your body. It feels like a cloud! It helps so much when doing at home workouts & yoga because your bones aren’t grinding on the hard ground or sinking into the mat. I also really appreciate the miniature knee support pad included, you can either use it for extra support/comfort or place it at the end of your mat to add a length to it. The strap works great & it’s easy to use, only takes me 5 seconds to wrap it up again when i’m done using it. The quality for the price is outstanding!

This is my second one. I bought the first one a little over a year ago. I use it daily outside on the balcony and it's held up well. It was a little rough, so I transferred the first one to my parents' house to use there. I purchased again because the extra thick padding is great. I like the length. It is bulky though to fold. So if you want a more slim, portable mat, this is probably not the best choice. It does come with straps, which are not the easiest to use and I don't use them often. For an at-home mat with extra padding and length, highly recommend.
