The double ended green couplers have too small gap between fingers and the internal orifice. Consequently the fingers get bent inwards. Requires extreme care while inserting pipe into coupler to prevent damage.The yellow couplers with rubber internal fitting is excellent, and much easier and quicker to use.

The hose is of excellent quality. And that is the only redeeming factor. However, the reel is very finicky in operating, since it is kept on the ground to operate. The connecting joint from the tap to the reel broke after two weeks and I had to improvise.

Good product, but the 1/2" hose connector is little loose while connetion, but no leak

Useful product but longterm durability to be seen as it seems delicate. Also somewhat expensive for plastic products
