Ben using them for 10 years and for the 1st time had a problem with the sticky side coming off with the paper cover. Once that happened they were unusable. Other wise they work great. I have been trying for years to get more converts but bowlers are a hard headed group. You can get the thumb as tight as you can and still get your thumb in the ball and it comes out as smooth as silk.

The Shur Cushion has a great concept but needs a little more thought to make the product more user friendly. It would be helpful to have a tab to help remove the tape backing. For me, it seemed like a lot more time consuming to remove the backing before using the cushion. The cushion sometimes catches on the thumb during insertion. When that happens the cushion seems to pull away from its attachment to the thumb hole of the ball. Addressing these items would make to cushion more useful, I think.
