Mara Seaweed Dulse Cardboard Pouch 1pack

I scatter the flakes on anything savory and find they add just a touch more flavor. I've been using these dulse flakes for years and have no intention of stopping buying them until my ashes are blowing in the wind on my favorite mountain.

I bought this a few months ago after hours of research and it is absolutely fab! It's got a great taste--I've used it as a seasoning in home-made bone broth as well as over salads and cooked veg (even one of my young adult sons likes it in soup). It's a small pack and the flakes are tiny, but it goes a very long way because you don't need much seaweed in your diet: stick to very small amounts. If I use dulse, I only use about half to one tsp per day max and probably only up to 3 times per week.

I use this product as a salt substitute, as I'm on a very low salt diet. It takes some practice getting the quantities right, but it does work. Used more in cooking than as a condiment though.

I uses this product for culinary purposes. The taste enhances the food & there is no need to use any other seasoning (unless specified in a recipe).

I don't use them independently but I love the quality.
